We have been receiving regular orders without any issues and have enjoyed the smell & flavor of fresh ground coffee. However for the first time we are missing one bag of coffee from our order. An email was sent on the 18th and I am waiting for a response. I have every confidence that my issue will be addressed.

I ordered my coffee and somehow it was sent to a completely different address. I was basically told that it was My fault and next time make sure I check my address before I purchase. I asked if they could redirect it to my home address but I was told No. So I am out of my money and I get no coffee. Thanks.

In this case, the order was processed and shipped exactly to the address entered at checkout. Because fulfillment begins quickly, we’re unable to change destination details once a package is in transit.
Although the original shipment qualified for complimentary delivery, we did offer a solution: if the carrier returns the parcel to us, we can send it out again to the corrected address for the cost of postage. That approach allows us to recover the additional shipping expense while still making sure you receive the coffee you purchased.
