Before You Order

Each mug is made to order using exactly what you submit. Please double-check everything before placing your order — custom mugs are non-refundable once fulfilled. Replacements are available only for production defects or shipping damage, and will use your original submitted design.

Returns
We are unable to accept returns for customized items. However, if the item you receive is defective, please reach out for a replacement. When you receive a defective item, we need to see a photograph of the issue, especially if it's shipping related.
