Coffee Club FAQ
The Old Salt Coffee Club is our rewards program for loyal customers. Create an account, earn points, and redeem those points for discounts on future Old Salt Coffee orders.
You can access your rewards from the rewards menu at the bottom of our online store.
How do I access my Coffee Club rewards?
At the bottom of our online store, look for the rewards menu.
- If you are not logged in, the menu will say Old Salt Coffee Rewards.
- If you are logged in, the menu will show your current points balance, such as You have 100 points.
Open that menu to log in, view your points, and redeem eligible rewards.
How do I earn points?
Coffee Club members can earn points through purchases and other reward actions.
- 10 points when you create an account
- 1 point when you share Old Salt Coffee on Facebook
- 15 points on your birthday
- 15 points on your Coffee Club anniversary
- 1 point for every $1 spent
- 25 points when you refer a friend who spends over $15.00
Point-earning options may vary based on your account status and available rewards actions.
How do I redeem points?
Redeeming points is easy. Open the rewards menu at the bottom of the online store, log in if needed, and select an available discount reward.
Points redeem at a rate of 10 points per $1 off.
- 100 points = $10 off
- 200 points = $20 off
- 250 points = $25 off
Once you redeem a reward, follow the instructions shown in the rewards menu to apply the discount to your order.
Can I combine rewards with other discounts?
Rewards discounts cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotional discounts.
The exception is free shipping. If your order qualifies for the free shipping tier, you may still receive free shipping while using a Coffee Club rewards discount.
Can I use rewards with free shipping?
Yes. Coffee Club rewards discounts can still be used with free shipping if your order qualifies for the free shipping tier.
Free shipping currently applies at the qualifying order threshold shown on our site.
Do I need an account to earn or redeem points?
Yes. You need an account so your points can be tracked and redeemed. You can create an account or log in through the rewards menu at the bottom of the store.
Where do I see my points balance?
When you are logged in, the rewards menu at the bottom of the store will show your current points balance.
Open the menu to see available rewards and redemption options.
Do points have cash value?
Coffee Club points are rewards points only. They have no cash value and may only be redeemed for available Old Salt Coffee rewards through the rewards menu.
Can rewards change?
Old Salt Coffee Company may update Coffee Club earning options, redemption options, point values, or program terms from time to time.
