I originally purchased two separate products (coffee mugs) on 15 December, 2025. Neither were dispatched until 22 December. One was delivered well after Christmas, 29 December, albeit only shipping to Arizona. The other; as of January 5, 2026…still pending delivery, expected in the 13th.
While the mugs are probably great. I think ordering 10-days prior to Christmas was more than enough time to get them in the mail.
While a supporter of small business, there are too many other “like” businesses that will ensure delivery in a timely manner.

This order was placed on December 15 and shipped on December 22. During the Christmas shipping period, delivery timelines—especially for made-to-order items—are not guaranteed once packages are in transit. For that reason, we publish recommended order-by dates each year for customers seeking pre-Christmas delivery.
While we understand the disappointment of a delayed holiday delivery, the order was processed and shipped within a reasonable timeframe given the season, and carrier delays during this period are outside our control.
