The mug is great. The buying & shipping experience needs improvement.

TL;DR: The mug is wonderful. The shipping was not. Allow more time than you think you will need if the purchase is time sensitive.

First let me say that the mug definitely met my expectations. My husband loves it!
I ordered the mug on December 18th. It was a Christmas gift, but I knew it was unlikely to arrive in time for Christmas, which was fine. The website gave no information on what shipping method would be used, and no shipping estimate.
When I received the order confirmation, there was still no shipping information except to say that if I wanted to track the order, I could download the Shop app. I didn't want to download an app to track a single package, so I emailed and requested shipping information. I received a prompt response telling me that I should expect delivery on the 27th of December.
As January arrived, I started wondering when the mug would arrive. Then I received another email with tracking and an expected delivery date of January 8th. The mug arrived on January 7th. Interestingly, the email I received today requesting I review my purchase said that I had placed my order 14 days ago. Today is January 14th. So I suspect my order was lost and not processed until almost two weeks after the order was originally placed.
