CVN 73 late 90s tradition in our division oa was an e3 or below was in charge of the coffee mess. so soon as I made ag3 to hand it down to one of the airmen I can't remember who anymore.. 2 weeks later during morning quarters I was informed it was back in my lap mad I asked "with all due respect why?" Our work center sup, said, "because Senior chief said ha aint had a decent cup of coffee in 2 weeks."
