I joined the Navy 1983 my father was in Inchon landing onboard LSTs. I served 3 types ships until I did a swap and I selected the Battleship New Jersey I took a small boat out to Seal Beach where the Jersey was anchored to take on 16 inch shells I made a Westpac 1986 with Battle Group Romeo. I was an A-ganger Engineman. I proudly served 11 years and got out and then served at our National Cemetery. An Honor . I was medical retired at 20 years. I am proud to have served.
