After harvest, these beans embark on a rare journey—rested in repurposed bourbon barrels for four days, drawing in subtle layers of oak, vanilla, and the lingering spirit of bourbon. Roasted to a balanced medium profile, the result is a cup that honors its origin while offering new dimensions of flavor:
