These SMS / Mobile Terms of Service (“Mobile Terms”) apply to the text messaging program operated by Old Salt Coffee Company, Inc. (“Old Salt Coffee,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to receive text messages from Old Salt Coffee, you agree to these Mobile Terms.

These Mobile Terms are intended to supplement, not replace, our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.


1. Program Description

Old Salt Coffee may send SMS, MMS, or other text messages to the mobile number you provide. Messages may include transactional, service-related, and promotional communications.

Examples of service-related messages may include:

4. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of Old Salt Coffee text messages at any time.

To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any Old Salt Coffee text message.

After you opt out, you may receive one final confirmation message confirming that your opt-out request has been processed. After that, you should not receive additional marketing text messages from us unless you opt in again.

We will honor legally valid opt-out and revocation requests in accordance with applicable law. If you are subscribed to more than one Old Salt Coffee messaging program, you may need to opt out separately from each program unless applicable law requires otherwise.

6. Changes to Messaging Numbers

You understand that messages sent to a number, short code, or sender identification that we no longer use may not be received, and we may not be able to honor requests sent to inactive or changed numbers.


7. Your Mobile Number

You agree to provide a valid mobile number that you are authorized to use. If your mobile number changes, you are responsible for opting out of messages tied to your old number and, if desired, opting in again with your new number.

You agree not to provide a mobile number that belongs to someone else without that person’s permission.


8. Delivery Is Not Guaranteed

Wireless carriers and messaging providers are not liable for delayed, failed, blocked, or undelivered messages.

Delivery of text messages depends on your wireless carrier, network availability, device compatibility, and other factors outside our control. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages, errors in messages, or actions you take or do not take based on mobile messages.


9. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Information collected through our mobile messaging program is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Eligibility

By opting in to receive text messages from Old Salt Coffee, you represent that you are the account holder or customary user of the mobile number provided and that you are legally authorized to enroll that number in our messaging program.

11. Changes to These Mobile Terms

We may update, modify, suspend, or cancel our mobile messaging program or these Mobile Terms at any time, to the extent permitted by law.

If we make changes, the updated Mobile Terms will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued participation in the mobile messaging program after any changes means you accept the updated Mobile Terms.
