The mug is great. Comfortable in your hand and holds a generous amount of coffee.
Recently switched to Old Salt Coffee. Was in an online first order and got it screwed up so dropped an email to staff requesting a phone call (it was Saturday) when they were back in the office. Three minutes later the phone rang. It was Dave from Hawaii . He got me straightened out, ensured I had my discounts, explained the shipping options and got my first time customer cup on the order. Reminds me of mugs I’d find in the Army Navy Surplus stores. from the patina to the size of the mug. Fill it to the brim and good to the last drop
